Product Description
ETFE films are produced from ethylene tetrafluoroethylene (ETFE) resin through melt extrusion, offering a smooth surface and outstanding multi-functional performance. They can undergo heat sealing, welding, metallization, multilayer lamination, and vacuum forming.
Produced in a cleanroom environment, ETFE films can be surface-treated (single or double-sided matte) to improve adhesion to other materials, making them versatile for advanced industrial and architectural applications.

Chemical Resistance: Inert to most acids and alkalis; resistant to organic solvents, liquids, gases, and vapors.
Thermal Performance: Service range from -240℃ to +150℃; melting point 260℃.
Flame Retardancy: UL94-V0 rating; Oxygen Index 30%.
Electrical Properties: High dielectric strength (>160 kV/mm at 0.025 mm), low dielectric constant and loss.
Mechanical Toughness: Excellent impact resistance, tear resistance, low friction coefficient, and non-stick performance.
Weather Resistance: Long-term UV and outdoor durability with high light transmittance.
