The PFA film is a premium fluoropolymer film produced via melt extrusion of PFA resin. It combines excellent chemical inertness, high dielectric reliability, superior thermal stability, and mechanical flexibility, making it suitable for 3D printing, release films, anti-corrosion linings, and high-temperature applications.
Product Description
PFA films are manufactured using perfluoroalkoxy (PFA) resin through melt extrusion, producing a smooth-surfaced, high-performance material with exceptional stability. These films can be heat-sealed, welded, metallized, laminated, and vacuum-formed, allowing integration into complex engineering applications.
With thicknesses ranging from 12.5 μm to 500 μm and widths up to 1600 mm, PFA films provide reliability under extreme temperatures (-240℃ to +260℃), excellent electrical insulation, and outstanding resistance to strong acids, bases, and solvents.

Thermal Performance: Long-term service at -240℃ ~ +260℃; melting point 305℃.
Flame Retardancy: UL94-V0 certified; Oxygen Index 95%.
Electrical Properties: High dielectric strength (up to 250 kV/mm at 0.025 mm film); extremely low dielectric constant and loss.
Mechanical Reliability: Non-stick, low friction, maintains performance even at cryogenic temperatures.
Weather Resistance: Stable under long-term outdoor exposure with UV transparency.
